Trying Something New

Welcome to 2012.  I trust everyone had a fun and safe new years celebration.  I had one big drink and fell asleep at 11:00 pm.  I did hear the neighbors honk their horns and shoot off fireworks when midnight hit, but then quickly fell back to sleep.

This year is going to be exciting.  Sharon and I are getting our Zombie Housewives of the Apocalypse book published.  We hope this is the first of many this year.  My book, Dead and Buried in the Southwest Desert could get published in the fall but more than likely in the spring of 2013.  We have many trips planned and I am hoping for some ghost and Bigfoot hunts too.

I also want to focus on my art and crafts.  I will be designing more items for my Etsy shop (http://www.etsy.com/shop/adsila99) and adding my photos to items in my CafePress shop (http://www.cafepress.com/backroadstreasures) which I started to feature my photography.  I also want to try my hand at designing logos, banners, and ebook covers for others.  For this, I started my "Julie Ferguson Designs" blog (http://juliefergusondesigns.blogspot.com/) which will feature just my art with a PayPal button on the sidebar.  If anyone is interested in having me design something for you, you can email me at: phoenix.paranormal@hotmail.com or julieferguson58@live.com.  This is a new adventure for me and I am excited to get started.  Please jump over to my design blog, check it out and become a follower.
