I think I saw this place on House Hunters. 3 bed/2ghosts?? Pretty sure the young couple didn't pick it. Probably one too many poisonous snakes, but I was sold by the dangling sign.
I am leaning towards the tire house with the missing doors and windows... very breezy. Of course the one with no roof might be good except on rainy days.
