The rather creepy motel reminded me of the Bates Motel. As we walked up and down peering in each room, Sharon was taking a video and I was snapping pictures. I was wondering how many families, lovers and businessmen hung their hats there for the night. Sharon got a strong reading in one room. She felt some sort of violent act may have occurred in that room. I am looking forward to her writeup of this room and what went on in there.
Check out Sharon's video of the motel: Abandoned Motel

You really captured the feel of that place. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteCreepy, but it does have sort of clean and clear view. It's interesting for me also to hear the story of that room.
ReplyDeleteLove these Julie! That place is so, hmmm, how can I put this...the outside seems so clean and smooth from the elements...LOL
ReplyDeleteAutumn; the place had a special feel to it...creepy. Glad you took me there.
ReplyDeleteEcho; she is working on the story right now. I am looking forward to hearing the entire story too.
Tara; it does seem "clean and smooth" on the outside, but messy and decaying on the inside. Oh the stories this place could probably tell.
I love the door on the floor. Feels like you could open it and it would lead to something dark and sinister. Also get a weird vibe from the photo that has sunlight pouring in through the ceiling....how did it feel when you were there?
ReplyDeleteMonkey Man; yes that door does give you the feeling that it could lead to a "portal of hell". (LOL, watching too much Ghost Adventures) It's funny you should mention the picture with the sun pouring through the roof because Sharon asked me to take a picture of it because she got a strange vibe from it. I'm not sure what that was, but I did like the way it looked with the sun peaking through in certain areas.
ReplyDeleteMM, I actually had a good feeling in that room.
ReplyDeleteYou have such talent. The pictures really capture the very creepy feeling of the place. I can almost imagine I'm there looking at those
ReplyDeleteJessica, thank you for your kind words. I just love seeing the world through my camera. I still need to see all the cool stuff my camera can do, but will figure it out as I travel around and shot photos of interesting places.
