This looks really good. Since I am currently researching my family's genealogy. I am curious on how they find all the information on the celebs and their families' history.
Who Do You Think You Are?
Starts tomorrow, Friday, March 5th, 8/7c on NBC.
Yeah, I was so excited about this show. Jeez, I wish my family was from America. It's so hard to get Nordic info from the 1800s (yeah, my parents and grandparents had kids late in life, so my grandparents were born in the 1800s).
I thought this was a pretty cool looking show too. I'd like to know more who I am. Things are foggy after I get as far as the grandparents. (I'm kind of in the same boat as Autumnforest...my grandparents were immigrants likely in the late 1800s on my mom's side. And great grandpa was kind of the shady side so he tried very hard to leave no trace...kind of weird. Dad's side both came from Germany and Poland. I can trace that a smidge easier. Crazy!)
At any rate, it'll be fun to find out about the celebs!
My Mother's parents are from Italy and came here through Ellis Island. My Dad's family goes a little further back and can be traced to England, Finland and even Germany. My Dad is a mut, lol.
