March Madness
I’m not talking about college basketball, but four TV shows that will be returning in March.
1. GHOST HUNTERS: The TAPS team gets things started on Wednesday, March 3rd on Syfy. TAPS will be celebrating their 100th episode and picked a great place to to investigate, Alcatraz! This 2 hour episode will be hosted by Josh Gates.
2. DESTINATION TRUTH: Speaking of Josh Gates, Destination Truth will be making its return on Wednesday, March 17th on Syfy. I am very excited to see where he takes us and what kind of mysterious creatures will he be looking for. If you are not watching this show, WHY? 3. FLASH FORWARD: This particular week is going to be a good one. Not only is Destination Truth premiering, but Flash Forward also returns. Look for more excitement on Thursday, March 18th on ABC. The promo looks good. http://abc.go.com/shows/flash-forward
4. V: Last but not least is V. I have to admit that I am the least excited for this show but willing to give it another chance. Maybe things will pick up for the better. Here’s hoping that it will. http://abc.go.com/shows/v

Thanks so much for the update!!! I had no idea Flash Forward was still on TV. I was so disappointed because it was soooo good. I miss my Josh-ee. Can't wait to see him and hear him again. I'm addicted. He's just a really smart and witty and sweet guy. I'm pulling for GH to have a good season. Hopefully they were at Alcatraz during the one of the several days this past year that geomagnetic activity was up. Having the rushing water around them migh have helped them in that aspect.
ReplyDeleteCLEVER! I like your title a LOT! I'm only excited about one of these shows. DT! GH...I might watch. Kind of tired of them. I saw the first epi of Flash Forward nd part of the 2nd but it just didn't grab me. (Saw too many holes in the plot. That's always a deal breaker. I can suspend my disbelief for a while, but when I see too many holes not getting addressed...turns me off.) Never got into V. (I think it's on a vball night.)
ReplyDeleteLuke is Ghost Hunters even still on the air? 100 episodes of grainy nightvision shots of walls and constant "did you hear that?"s and yet it's still on the air with absolutely no innovation to the genre.

Autumnforest, I am the most excited for DT to come back too. It is definately one of my favorites. This is what Josh put on his bio on Twitter: "World-adventurer, explorer, travelin' fool and bon vivant. I journey the globe on behalf of the Syfy Channel in search of monsters. No, seriously." LOL, that's our guy!
ReplyDeleteCourtney, I will continue to watch GH, hoping that they finally have a better season and get interested in ghost hunting again. I do like FlashForward but V might be off my "to watch" list this time around.
Who Forted? I totally know where you are coming from. They better turn things around or they will lose many viewers if they haven't already. It's not just the fact they haven't found any great evidence, their ghost hunts seem to be repeats of each other and it is getting boring.

So can't wait until Destination Truth premieres. Totally miss it. I'm with Autumn. I thought FlashForward got the big ax. To be honest, I watched the first few episodes. Then missed a few. Now, I'm all confused on that front. I guess it's just one of those you have to watch from beginning to end to get the full effect.
ReplyDeleteI think Alcatraz is a good location for a 100th episode. But I tend to agree. The celebrity status or whatever is starting to get to them. They're slacking off a bit too much. Throwing around that "haunted" word a little too liberally. Starting to miss the good ole days of Season 1.
Hi Andrea, the last season of DT was its biggest one yet. The show started following GH to get their audience in hopes that people will watch this different show with its fun host, Josh Gates. I think now GH should follow DT because in my opinion it is a better show. Josh's narration of the show, along with the tense investigations and interesting places, keeps it from ever being boring.
