I saw this last night on my local news and found it to be an interesting theory. An ASU scientist says that life exist in different forms throughout the universe. Are there aliens living amongst us? I really don't think there is a secret MIB organization and talking pugs name Frank, or is there?
"There are many in the science field that think we're just one small piece in a larger puzzle. The signs are not just here on Earth but flying above us all the time. Believers say the well-known "Phoenix lights" phenomenon from 1997 is just one example of extra-terrestrial life.
Dr. Paul Davies, an Arizona State University physicist known for his popular science writing, says, "We know Earth and Mars have exchanged material over the years and it's easy to imagine a microbe hitching a ride in a rock through space and going from one planet to the other. I think it's inevitable that if there was life on Mars in the past it would have come to Earth and vice versa." (For more of Rich Dahlquist article click here. )

I've heard another theory for UFO's as being human time travelers. And why not? If people are privy to believing in aliens why is it beyond the same people to suggest perhaps it's just us 500 or so years in the future? In this theory the "now" would be considered the "past" (so to speak) and all UFO's are just us seeing the futuristic "Star Trek" version of ourselves skipping through space and time, perhaps conducting a history lesson or whatnot (they did travel back in time in "Star Trek" as well). I'm not saying this is what I believe, just that it's as plausible as any "UFO's, tinfoil hats and spaceships" explanation. I think we underestimate humanity's own abilities as intellectual beings. This explanation would seem to put confidence of our future advancement back in our own playing field.
ReplyDeleteI love thes concepts. I'll admit that a great deal of my theories on paranormal are based around the concept that intelligent life evolved in many forms and some of them indetectable by us. We assume intelligence means a brain--but why can't an atom having intelligence? Why can't there be a life form not visible or detectable to us that is equally intelligent--perhaps more? What if intelligent life evolved deep in the sea while man was on land? We are infants in our knowledge of the universe and even the world around us on Earth.
ReplyDeleteI believe there most definitely could be. why not?
