This video was taken at nighttime while some of the group was walking around Bisbee. Towards the end of the video, off to the right, there are stairs shown in a well lit area. The picture below the video was taken in that exact spot. As you can see the photo is dark with a white ghost figure in the center. It looks to me like the figure was moving quickly. None of the other pictures taken in that area had anything unusual in them so we can't explain this one.
This video was taken inside the Copper Queen Hotel by Andy checking out the third and fourth floors. This gives you an idea of what the hotel looks like in the hallways, above and around Julia Lowell's room 315. Right after he gets to the fourth floor, you get a quick glimpse of Albert's corner where I smelt cigar smoke. Our room, 401, was near that corner.
That was a really fun trip! I didn't know Andy was gone that long roaming the halls! You have a weird son! Lol. I thought it was funny at the end when he blair witched it, and dropped the camera and ran! What a nerd!
ReplyDeleteBut this was a good walk through of the 3rd and 4th floors. That's where most of the supposed activity is in the Copper Queen. Wish he could have gotten some video of the second floor sitting area, that's a neat little place!
Hope we can go back one day soon!

It was a fun trip that is why I want to go again. I know, I have a goofy kid but ya gotta love him, lol. Next time we'll be sure to get the second floor and lobby area too. We'll stay at the Oliver House and visit the Copper Queen Hotel on our walk through Bisbee. Then I want to go to Tombstone and some of the day trips that Autumn mentioned on her blog.....Jules
ReplyDeleteFrom what I hear, the Oliver House would be a real neat place to take one of our tour videos! Kelly say's it super creepy and dimly lit!

Great coverage! We did hear kids at night in the Copper Queen on the third floor. I was standing in the hall in the late evening and heard them racing towards me but there was no one in the hall. It sounded so real that I had the instinct to dart aside. That place is very unpredictable. Sometimes it's hopping, other times it's dull. I'd like to stay in the room Grant stayed in during that episode of "Ghost Hunters" when the sheet was pulled from his feet. That was very convincing. We stayed one time at Hotel La More up on the hillside and that place was weird. We stayed in the room on the first floor that's right next to the reading area in the back. There was a transom over the door. We didn't expect anything to happen there. We were there for a workshop and everyone else booked the main inn, so we stayed there. We went out all evening to the cemetery, came back exhausted. We left our cameras on the table between our beds ready to pick up and shoot at night (we always do this and keep them set so we can pick them up and have them aimed and ready to use with no light to see). When my hunting partner was pleased that she could sit up and grab her camera properly, we went to bed. We were so exhausted we just fell into a deep sleep. I woke up during the night to hear my friend moaning in her bed and wimpering like a child. It was like she was trying to talk but couldn't. I was so groggy and tired, I just went back to sleep thinking that maybe she tends to talk in her sleep. The next morning, she said, "I had the weirdest dream! I opened my eyes and looked at you in your bed and my camera was hovering over top of you. I tried to tell you and warn you, but I couldn't form words." That gave me chill. She sat up and looked over at her camera and was shocked. It was completely turned around, facing her, strap over top of it. We couldn't explain that one, but unless she also used her camera in her sleep, we couldn't explain that one.
ReplyDeleteGreat and fascinating as always! Hope you both and all who comment here are having a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWow Autumn that was a creepy story about the camera and your friend trying to tell you. Man that would give me the serious willies!!! I'd never go there again!! Lol....guess that doesn't make me a very good ghost hunter!
ReplyDeleteI've actually stayed in the room Grant did at the Copper Queen. That is Julia Lowell's room. It's only one bed...and we had I think 6 people in there. We used my sisters husband as bait to sleep on the bed (cause Julia loves messing with married med). He claimed to hear some whispering when he was alone. We even tried taping him in the room sleeping. We actually got some bizzare black fuzz right in front of the camera...and lasted about 10 mins. Kinda strange.
That night was by far the creepiest night for me at the Copper Queen. I "slept" on the floor, and I swear I felt someone scratch my foot several times. I also felt someone gently tug my hair. I didn't sleep a wink that night. On the fourth floor, I kept feeling this unbelievable pressure on my chest...that night was intense for me personally.
I love the Copper Queen! Lol.

Hi Devin, nice to see you here always. Autumn, what a spooky story. It made the hairs on my arms stand up. Thanks for sharing. Hey Mike, let's try and get Billy's room next time and see if he messes with our things.
